Yes, you can make money on OnlyFans without showing your face. Fans never need to see it, but OnlyFans does: creators must pass ID verification first. Faceless pages work through cropped framing, a consistent visual style and strong messaging. Earnings vary widely, and a good setup also limits how easily you can be recognized.

Who can see what

Hiding your face from fans is one thing. Being anonymous is another. Here's what each party can actually know about you.

OnlyFans' Terms of Use require "a valid form of ID and two photos" to open a creator account, and more information at any time. They also state that OnlyFans isn't liable for doxing by other users. Your privacy from the public is your job.

Formats that work without a face

Faceless pages sell best when a fan gets something a face wouldn't add much to: specific body-part content, voice, outfits, roleplay in writing and personal attention in messages. The format you choose should be one you can repeat every week, so pick based on your own limits, the equipment you have and what you enjoy.

  • Feet and legs. Built on detail and custom requests, and a face rarely matters.
  • ASMR and audio. Your voice does the work, though it can identify you.
  • Outfits and styling. Cropped looks in a consistent frame.
  • Masked or mirror-covered sets. A mask can turn into your logo.
  • Fetish gear. Hoods and masks are part of the look anyway.
  • Conversation. Long, witty chats and written stories, for fans who stay for you.

Your first-week setup

  1. Create a new email used for nothing else.
  2. Pick a stage name you've never used online.
  3. Set up a corner of a room that appears in none of your personal photos.
  4. Remove location data from your files before you upload them.
  5. Read up on geoblocking and decide where you'd rather not appear.
  6. Keep your phone number and contacts away from your paid brand's social accounts.
  7. Write down what you'll never show: tattoos, rings, the view from your window.
  8. Run our full identity check on your first ten photos.

Getting found without a face

You can't borrow your personal following, so your paid brand needs its own. Two routes do most of the work for faceless pages. On Reddit, you don't need your real name, and people browse by interest. On X, label adult media and keep your header clean. Our promotion guide covers both, rule by rule.

Never link your faceless accounts to personal ones, even once, even by following a friend. One overlap is enough for a search to connect them.

What pays, realistically

We have no reliable figures that compare faceless and face-showing pages, and any number you see online is a guess. OnlyFans doesn't publish that split. What we can say is that earnings across the platform are very uneven, and that most of the money now comes from messages and paid content. That favors a faceless page with strong chat.

What can go wrong

  • Recognition. Someone who knows you spots a detail. Have a plan for what you'll say.
  • Leaks. Content gets copied, whatever the platform. The policy bans it, but the Terms say OnlyFans isn't liable for it. Takedowns are your job, or ours.
  • Bad advice. AI-generated faces and stolen images break OnlyFans' rules. They aren't a shortcut.

If someone recognizes you

Decide your plan now, while you're calm. Don't reply to the person, and don't confirm anything. Take screenshots with dates. Report the account on the platform where it happened, because doxxing and harassment break the rules on OnlyFans and on most networks. File takedowns for anything copied. Then review which detail gave you away, and clean it from your older posts. If there's a threat or someone asks for money, keep the evidence and go to the police.

Income from a faceless page is taxable like any other, and rules differ by country. Talk to an accountant from your first month.
