Who we are
EMVEE VENTURES LTD, trading as Pink Room, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@pinkroomagency.com.
When you browse
We don't run analytics or advertising pixels on this website. Our host keeps short technical logs to run the site and keep it secure.
When you apply
We use your answers to review your application and contact you on the channel you choose. Because the link to your page can reveal the nature of your work, we ask for your explicit consent before processing your application.
- What we collect: first name, email, reply channel, country, whether you're already a creator, platforms, the public link to your page, earnings range, how long your page has been earning, how you'd like to work, and anything you choose to tell us. If you don't have a page yet: your follower range and the link to your main profile. If you ask for a free audit: your free trial link, which we use only to view your page and prepare the audit.
- What we never ask at this stage: photos, date of birth, identity documents, or anything explicit.
- Who receives it: our talent team only, and the service providers that run our systems on our behalf. Those are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, in Frankfurt, Germany) and Resend (email).
- How long we keep it: 6 months if we don't work together, then we delete it.
- Your rights: access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent at any time, and a complaint to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
When you send us a message
If you use our contact form, we use your name, the handle you give, your email or Telegram username and your message only to answer you. We keep messages for 12 months at most, then delete them.
If we contacted you first
If we reached out to you on Instagram, we used only information you made public on your professional profile, to introduce our services once. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in finding creators we can work with. We keep your handle and profile link for 90 days after our last message, or 6 months if you reply. Tell us and we won't contact you again: we keep a coded marker so that stays true. You can ask for access, correction or deletion at hello@pinkroomagency.com, and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
When you ask for a referral link
We use your first name and email to send your link and track your referrals. We keep them for 12 months, then delete them.
Transfers
Our database is in Frankfurt, Germany, in the EU, which UK law treats as adequate. Vercel and Resend are US companies, so some data can reach the United States. When it does, we rely on the UK-US data bridge or the UK's standard transfer terms.
