Trans pages have a loyal audience, and the business runs on respect as much as reach. Fans find you through specific words, so you decide which ones your page uses. The rest is practical: your name across the paperwork, control over older content, and solid protection against outing and harassment.

Your words run the page

Search terms for trans creators range from fine to offensive, and fans use all of them. Which ones you accept is your decision. Some models own a word for marketing that they'd hate in a DM. We don't assume. You give us the list, including pronouns, and that list governs every post and message.

The AI writes inside that list, and our team has the final say on every send. Misgendering you on your own page isn't a small slip to us, so a fan who keeps doing it gets corrected or removed, however you prefer.

Your medical history stays closed by default. It only comes up if you put it in your guide, and fans who ask get a friendly change of subject.

Older content, your call

Bodies, styles and names change, and your page should keep up. Tell us what to retire and it comes out of the vault, the bundles and the AI's offers. The fan contract recognizes that creators may request removal of pay-per-view content, so older paid sets aren't stuck on the page forever.

Copies elsewhere are a different job. You generally hold the rights to images you made, which is what DMCA takedowns rest on, and leak scans are included in full management. Older images that someone else took are harder: ask a lawyer.

Outing is a safety issue

The OnlyFans policy bans attacks based on gender identity, along with doxxing and stalking. The Terms also say OnlyFans isn't liable if other users reveal your identity. So the policy gives you a right to report, not a shield. Protection comes from separate accounts, country blocks, tight photo habits and quick takedowns.

  • Keep your paid brand apart from personal profiles and old usernames.
  • Block countries where exposure could put you at risk, and check local law with a professional.
  • Report harassment as it happens. Reddit bans it under Rules 1 and 3.
  • Tell us who must never find you, and we plan around that person.

Fans, traffic and community

Trans creators often get strong support from their own communities, and those spaces come with their own codes. Join on their terms, follow each group's rules and let your personality carry it. On X and Reddit, label adult posts and write as yourself. Fans who see a whole person tend to stay, so give them one.

Pink Room welcomes trans models of every kind who are verified adults. Your page, your rules, a team that gets the details right. Apply here, or ask us anything first.
